Gymfit Physical Therapy & Wellness' Waldorf outpatient physical therapy clinic is located inside of Waldorf Fitness Center at the Charles County Plaza Shopping Center located at the intersection of Route 301 and Plaza Way.
Our skilled licensed therapists are ready to treat your sports injuries, low back pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, tendinitis, work place injuries, auto accident injuries and much more.
Waldorf's location also provides certified Dry Needling, compression therapy, manual therapy, Mechanical/Instrument Assisted Therapy (IASTM), infrared therapy, and assisted stretching.
Waldorf offers robust wellness services including sports massage and Lipo Cavitation.
